Lotus Beach Hotel - Adults Only Isla Mujeres

The hotel is perfectly situated right on the beach, offering a stunning view and easy access to the beautiful Playa Norte. Its central location also puts it in close proximity to the main street with numerous restaurants. The rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay for guests. The attentive staff, especially the waitresses at the beach club area, ensure a pleasant experience.

The hotel lacks attentiveness from the staff, particularly around the pool area, where guests may have to wait for service.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities. the swimming pool is perfect for a relaxing dip, complete with sun loungers and beach umbrellas to enjoy the sun. the spa center offers a plethora of massages, including full body massage and foot massage, leaving me feeling completely rejuvenated. the location advantages cannot be beat with beach access just steps away.

I did come across one minor issue, the room lacked a plunge pool. But this was easily forgotten due to all the other exclusive advantages that this hotel has to offer.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The location is unbeatable, right on the best beach of the island. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and everything felt new and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure that I had a fantastic experience. The cherry on top was the delicious breakfast they offered. I couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Although the staff were sympathetic, there was very little that could be done about it.
